I am passionate about health promotion and disease prevention. I believe in the quality of life over
quantity of life and meditation over medication. After 2 decades of medical experience, I have
become aware of the shortcomings of allopathic (“Western”) medicine, and that only through an
integrative approach can I truly help my patients.
Sexual health is mental health! Let’s talk about sex and how I can help you better enjoy your
sexual experiences through all stages of life. I understand the hormonal, physiological, and
anatomical changes that happen to our bodies as we age and I am eager to help you find ways
to combat these issues with the most up-to-date approaches available.
I strive to end suffering both mental and physical. I am no stranger to emotional pain. After
losing my husband tragically to suicide in 2019, I was compelled to find a better way to alleviate
the suffering of those dealing with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am here to talk about your
grief in an open, non-judgmental setting utilizing a variety of approaches to allow you to live
alongside your grief.
